Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, per EU consumer protection law. For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once the hygiene seal/liner has been removed or the item has been worn (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(e)).

Our Extended Return Policy
We also offer an extended 30-day return window from delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original hygiene liner/seal must be intact
- Original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase required

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
